I discovered last night that according to a certain blogger, I am an apostate. When I first read the headline of the blog, I was alarmed, and then I had to google “apostate” to make sure I knew exactly what I was being accused of!

“Perfectionism kills skill.” Those were the wise words of Ann Voskamp during Spill the Beans at Fresh Grounded Faith, Evansville this past weekend. What truth that woman spoke! She shared earlier that morning about how we as women can use measuring sticks as weapons that hurt ourselves and hurt each other. But, of course, because she is such a wordsmith, she said it a lot better than I just did!
What To Do When You Feel Weak
We all have days when we feel like we’re just not enough.
You know… strong enough, smart enough, creative enough, motivated enough, or whatever your “enough” is!
Every woman has felt that way. And, when we do, we can start believing the lie that says how we feel is who we are.
Right? Surely, I am not the only one?!
